I think It seems not related to your country. If the issue disappeared, go to the Windows Spotlight setting folder and delete the and files. Set lock screen background to WIndows Spotlight.ġ1.

Right-click settings.dat and roaming.lock, then click Rename and name themġ0. %USERPROFILE%/AppData\Local\Packages\_cw5n1h2txyewy\SettingsĨ. Type the following path(Windows Spotlight setting are stored)
